Neil, what do you like about working in the Salem area? I’m kind of a small town guy so it has worked out well living in Dallas, Oregon which is only 20 minutes from the Salem branch.
How long have you been with MFCP? 29 years. Actually, I will have my 30th anniversary in this location in January of 2019.
Is there a specific memory that stands out since you’ve been with the company? When I first joined, I was apart of a company with five locations. We’ve built that up to almost 30 locations now. Part of that is because a job needs to be enjoyable – if you’re not happy with what you’re doing 10 hours a day, it makes for a long day.
